Agency Info

The agency was founded and is operated by William LaPierre.  Mr. LaPierre has been a licensed professional investigator for ten years and is a member of The Licensed Private Detective Association of Rhode Island. (LPDARI.ORG)  His experience ranges from a variety of criminal justice related careers.  Mr. LaPierre is a former Rhode Island State Law Enforcement Officer. He had served over ten years with campus law enforcement at, Johnson and Wales University and The Rhode Island School of Design. He has been educated at Johnson and Wales University and Roger Williams University for Criminal Justice studies. 

Mr. LaPierre has made various contacts with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.  Mr. LaPierre specializes in criminal defense however he has experience in all types of investigations.   Mr. LaPierre is the heart of Confidential Investigative Associates however the agency's associate investigators are instrumental to the success of the agency.

Our associate investigators have years of experience in their fields of expertise.  Our investigators have handled fraud investigations, counter surveillance, undercover employee surveillance, cold cases and missing person’s investigations.
